Most dinner dates follow a natural sequence. First an aperitif, at the restaurant bar or in your hotel lounge while the table is prepared. Then dinner, taken at whatever pace the kitchen and the conversation set. Afterwards comes a short walk if the weather is kind, a nightcap and a relaxed close to the evening.
